Andres Carvallo P.E.

Senior Engineer - Principal

Andres Carvallo is an inspector serving Virginia and the Washington, DC metropolitan area. He has 10+ years of on-the-ground experience with inspections and the construction industry.  He is passionate about providing quality inspections and timely and responsive service to each client.

 

As an inspector, Andres has developed special expertise and certifications in radon, wood-boring insects, asbestos and healthy hazard-free buildings. He has a particular interest in energy efficient buildings. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the local Northern Virginia chapter (NOVA ASHI).

 

Andres is also fully fluent in Spanish and can provide bilingual inspections. His educational background includes an Engineering Bachelor of Science degree from the rigorous San Simon University in Cochabamba, Bolivia.
